How long will it take to receive my order?
Each Lauesta bag is handcrafted to order. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for production, plus free shipping via USPS, which typically takes 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within the U.S. only, but we're working on expanding soon!
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Final sale items are not eligible. Full details are available in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Can I exchange a bag for a different color or style?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, simply return your original bag and place a new order once the return is accepted.
What if my bag arrives damaged?
Please contact us right away at info@lauesta.com. While Lauesta is not responsible for damages caused during shipping, we'll always do our best to help you resolve the issue.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Because our bags are made to order, changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After production begins, edits may not be possible.
Are your bags lined or do they have pockets?
No — Lauesta bags are unlined and intentionally minimal, made without interior pockets to celebrate their raw, sculptural design.
How do I care for my bag?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and allow to air dry. Avoid machine washing or soaking. Store in a cool, dry place to maintain its shape.
Do you offer gift wrapping or handwritten notes?
Not just yet, but we’re working on it! Stay tuned for gift options in the future.
What material do you use?
All Lauesta bags are made from natural cotton rope, selected for its strength, beauty, and soft texture.
Where are Lauesta bags made?
Each piece is designed and handmade in our Florida-based studio with intention and love.
How long does it take to restock an item?
Because we work in small, curated batches, restocks depend on material availability and may take up to 4 weeks. Follow us on social or join our mailing list for updates!
