Shipping policy
**Shipping & Delivery**
All Lauesta bags are made to order with care and intention. Please allow a minimum of 1 week for production before shipping. Once your item is ready, it will ship via USPS. Shipping times and rates are as follows:

Domestic Shipping: We offer a flat rate of $5.95 for all U.S. orders. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment.

Order Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Delays: While we aim to meet the timelines listed, delays may occur due to production time, holidays, or USPS disruptions. We appreciate your patience.

Damage in Transit: Lauesta is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting USPS directly for claims related to damaged or missing items.
We currently only ship within the U.S., but international shipping may become available in the future.
