Shipping & Return

All Lauesta bags are made to order, crafted one at a time with care and intention. Please allow 7–10 business days for production before your item ships.
Once your bag is ready, it will ship via USPS. Shipping details are as follows:
Domestic Shipping
We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after your order has been shipped.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, occasional delays may occur due to production schedules, holidays, or USPS disruptions. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Loss or Damage During Shipping
Once your package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the customer. Lauesta is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. We recommend contacting USPS directly if an issue arises.
At this time, we only ship within the U.S. International shipping may be offered in the future.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in its original condition

With tags and in original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on where to ship your item. Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately at info@lauesta.com so we can make it right.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please complete a return and place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
